Processing and Fulfillment

Order Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
High-Demand Periods: During major sales, holidays, or new product launches, processing times may extend to 3-4 business days. We appreciate your patience during these busy times.

We currently do not offer local pickup or local delivery services. All orders will be shipped directly to the address provided at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Issues, Returns, and Refunds
Damaged or Lost Packages: Meezz Scents is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please also save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Refused/Undeliverable Shipments: If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the shipment is refused, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges and any additional charges incurred to reship the package.
